Showcase Your Agency and/or Community with a Video Link

For $200 a link to your agency's video can be displayed prominently on the OPEF website next to your agency name on the frequently visited "Who's Coming" list as well as the "Agency's Videos" page. All showcased videos will float to the top of the page and be prominent with a clickable link for users.

Video content should describe your agency's location, philosophy, values, culture, unique programs, livability features of the community, mentoring or support for new staff, etc. Video content should not display prospective or actual job openings. Video should be uploaded to YouTube.com and the URL copies and pasted into this field. Video length is up to you but candidates will want to capture agency details typically within 2-3 minutes.

Copy and paste your YouTube video URL:
If you require assistance to add your video to YouTube, or with questions email adam@adamwilliams.us.

Advertising

The Fair prints a Resource Manual for all attending candidates in a full-page format. The manual contains the list of employers who are searching for each of the specialties listed on the registration form; the contact person for each of the employers attending the Fair; and the map of the Exhibit Hall showing the location of the employers. The 2017 Manual cover ad will be printed on heavier stock and in color. Interior ads will be printed in black and white

In 2017, we will again be offering advertising space to the attending employers and other interested parties. Last year, over 2,800 copies were distributed. We prefer that ad copy be sent to us in a PDF file for best reproduction. Ad copy should be emailed as a PDF or JPG file to oregonfair@comcast.net .

To reserve advertising space, the reservation form and payment must be received by the fair no later than Feb. 28th. Ad copy will be accepted no later than March 7th.

The Fair offers three premium ad locations, inside the front cover, the back cover and inside the back cover using full color. Reservation of these prime locations will be made on a first-come-first-served basis.

(Note: The fair will substitute Style D when Styles A, B, and C have been sold and adjust your payment)

If you have a prepared advertisement in PDF or JPG format, please email it to oregonfair@comcast.net .
